Hi Everyone.. I wish I was out there enjoying the great weather with you. I am in Indiana and freezing my as* off, we had about 3-4 inches of snow today and it really bites. I am putting together a trip for my wife and I for our anny this Oct. We will be spending 5 and 1/2 days at laguna beach after three in Monterey. We lived in Irvine when we first were married and moved back to Indiana in 1981 and hve not been back since so I am pumped about coming back. One question I want to knw is where to buy firewood? It has been so long ago I don't remember who sells it.

Logic here to welcome you to the forum. Irvine what a great city. Do a lot of business there for Viper Logic from here in Palm Springs, California.

Today we notice that firewood is more available from the major grocery stores in bundles, not just those fake pressed logs. Those days that a local grower or farmer that we used to go select the wood from are no more.

Perhaps someone else knows about this as a child I remember them delivering the wood after we selected it from the different types of wood bins.

Fire pits and here is where we are building our new beach by beach detailed information soon to be answered on these beach web sites.

I will keep an eye out for the sites info and really looking forward to coming out there., especially since the weather here today is 18 degress and snowing.

Welcome to the California Beach Forum... I hope you enjoy your holiday to the west coast. It should be fun... As for buying Firewood, it depends where you are going & what town it is. You can buy fire wood at most major grocery stores near the beach. Also check out some of the small stores right on the beach it is easy to find...

I have never seen the california city,but I decided to go this vacation with my family.I heard about the beaches the sites seeing.I hope my family will get full of excitment,entertainment and enjoyable in this vacation.
