Reading the headlines for Southern California, over 2 inches of rain fell in the LA Area, heavy snow in the upper hills, and a potential for flash flooding on the coast. Rain is good, but when you run out of places for it to soak up, you have problems running your way! It is supposed to continue to rain through Thursday...with Heavy Rains...and the NOAA weather service has posted a FLASH FLOOD WARNING for the So. Cal. Coast today. So if you don't have to travel then don't. But have some supplies ready for anything....lights going out, water shutoff, and more. Good luck at the beach! It will clear up & dry...just have to wait out the storm...
